12V 78AH battery for outdoor product meet IP67 waterproof.
5.Pack Enclosure: Hard plastic IP65 (target IP67),The battery will be used in a product that is always outside and would need some level of moisture protection
LiFePO4 batetry 12V 100AH for utility pole mounted data logging (communication device)
Battery is for backup upon power loss,working temperature -20℃ to +70℃.Battery and other components will be in enclosure so customer wants some headroom above +70℃
Sodium-ion batteries are the "new technology" of the new energy industry.It has the characteristics of low price, fast charging and good safety performance
Some customers entrust Xuzhou to purchase lead-acid batteries and lead-carbon batteries. Xuzhou Energy, which specializes in rechargeable lithium-ion batteries and lithium iron phosphate batteries, said it was helpless. Taking this opportunity, Xuzhou Energy has learned and sorted out the basic concept of lead-carbon batteries and simple lead-acid battery classification information, and shared it with you.
Single battery: Cell, composed of electrodes and electrolytes, constitutes the smallest unit of the battery pack module, which can store the obtained electrical energy in the form of chemical energy and convert chemical energy into electrical energy.
Hi, Sally
We are using one of the 20AH LiFePO4 samples in a solar power project that has an Morningstar PWM solar controller.
Can you please advise what the absorption & float charge parameters should be to safely charger this battery pack?
Regards
Reply:
The customer has Morningstar PWM solar controller and asked how to set the balanced charge and float charge of the solar controller.
PWM solar photovoltaic controller adopts three stages of strong charging, balanced charging and floating charging. For 12V battery pack can be set:
strong charging voltage 14.6, balanced charging voltage 14.4, and floating charging voltage 13.6V.
For photovoltaic controllers and their related knowledge, see MPPT & PWM solar controllers.
Store in a dry, moderate temperature environment between 15℃ and 25℃.;Ensure that the battery is fully charged and avoid overcharging;
Avoid deep discharge by maintaining a sufficient charge level;Keep batteries away from water, conductive materials, and extreme temperatures to minimize the risk of damage.
