Yes, we are delighted to get your sample order to test and Customized is available.
Normally the samples is free if the samples less than 2 pcs single cell
Q2. What about the lead time?
Sample needs 5~10 days when we have battery stock
mass production time needs 25~30 days if the battery have not stock
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit?
Yes, The MOQ for mass production is 5000pcs, but we can accepted partial delivery
there is no MOQ if you just need sample ( we have the battery cell stock )
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
Sampled will be shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Airline and sea shipping also optional depend on your quantity
